Starting January 10, 2012 we are taking our Sacred Circles to the web! As a cost effctive and efficient way to serve all of our valued clients we are thrilled to offer Sacred Circles via webinar! This format keeps the cost of the circles low and allows anyone to participate in monthly circles regardless of location; no cars or babysitters required! You can now share the secret of the circle with your friends and relatives across the country and around the world.Join us as Maria Kliavkoff facilitates 1 hour Sacred Circles the first Tuesday of every month via webinar. The agenda will be Maria speaking about the monthly position in the Sacred Circle for about 45 minutes, then there will be a 15 minute question and answer time. Relationship without Sacrifice It's time to look at our primary relationships and recognize the opportunities for healing and love that exist there. Often we misunderstand the pathway of this healing. We slip into sacrifice without realizing it. During this circle we will explore the ways we push the healing and love away. We will discover practical tools that free us to speak our truth and return to the love our relationship was founded on. Being willing to express our truth and our love is our greatest gift to our partner and the world. |

We will talk about the assumptions we make and the numerous ways we take external circumstances personally (for both good and bad). We will discover wisdom from Don Miguel Ruiz's book The Four Agreements. Ultimately we will talk about the pathway to hearing truth and bringing peace to our world. Building a New Foundation Our belief system is our foundation. Often when a chronic belief is at play we feel trapped in a repeating pattern; one that we can't seem to free ourselves from. Often these patterns send our mind spinning away from what is true in the moment. We have the opportunity this month, in this moment, to see our beliefs clearly, assess their value, and choose to release them if they no longer serve our greatest good. As we practice living in the moment we discover that our very foundation shifts to support our deepest desires. Join the circle as we identify the beliefs that have been holding us back and explore ways to release them, replacing them with new, empowering beliefs that allow us to live our dreams. |

Matters of the Heart As summer solstice approaches it is time to take a look at the matters of the heart and what could be more a matter of the heart than family loyalties? The beliefs that our parents and grandparents held are ingrained in our genetic make-up as are their beliefs about gender roles and sexuality. This month we will explore the beliefs that have been handed down to us through generations. We will begin to discern which of these beliefs serve us and which are ready to be transformed. As we free ourselves from the limiting beliefs that our families held we discover that we can be more than we thought possible. |

Sacred Re-Connection As we get caught in the business of our day-to-day lives we tend to forget that help is available to us if only we ask. The fear thoughts that are triggered by daily stresses are easily dissolved by a greater love. Sacred reconnection asks us to listen for and trust the answer that is whispered in our ear; it is about remembering that we are not alone. The time is now to reconnect with universal love and live our lives of magnificence. Join us as we explore the myriad of ways can choose to release the doubt and live in trust. |

As we think this, so do we create the experience of even greater lack. This month we are called to look at the areas in our life where we experience lack and to change our conscious thoughts, and deeper beliefs, so that we may open to receive all the good life has to offer. |

Letting Go Letting go is all about allowing flow. Events unfold in right and perfect timing, however often we are impatient. We become attached to the way we believe things ought to be and we find ourselves playing a control game. Living in the flow requires a willingness to let go of control. The flow invites us to live a life beyond that which we currently imagine, however in order to reap that reward we must first be willing to surrender our picture of how things should be. This is not always easy to do; most of us become attached to particulars and lose sight of a bigger picture. It’s time to let go, open our hearts, and trust the flow of life. Join us as we explore our perceived need for control, our willingness to open our hearts, and discover key tactics that will allow us to step into the flow of life joyously. |

Our leadership is our contribution, it is our truest service. It is through the strength of our partnership with the divine and our willingness to surrender our agenda that we begin to hear what it is we are here to do. Have you always wanted to be a professional development facilitator or are you currently a facilitator looking to upgrade your skill set? Assisting people in stepping into their power and live their dreams is one of the most rewarding ways to earn a living. MK Facilitations is currently scheduling our next 2-year Facilitator Leadership Training. The training program consists of four weeks divided over a two-year time period to allow time to integrate and practice the tools and techniques taught.
The curriculum includes: keys to dynamic speaking, advanced presentation skills, tools and techniques for facilitation that allow and encourage deep transformation, exploration and development of your unique facilitation style and advanced leadership training. If you are looking to create the life of your dreams and you are interested in being a facilitator and leader, this course combined with your dedication and commitment will take you there. At the end of
the two-year program what am I qualified to
do?
You are qualified to run workshops on your own using the
models, tools and techniques taught. We
ask that you give credit to models that have been taught to you through
MK
Facilitations. There are participants
who complete their training with MK Facilitations who may wish to
become MK
Facilitations Facilitators, that option is available.
Do we have
required hours of practicum to complete each
year?
MK Facilitations offers a practicum that runs in conjunction
with the Facilitator/Leadership Training Phases. If
you are taking the phases only, you are
not required to complete hours of practicum work. The
practicum does require hours of practice
both as a private consultant and as a workshop facilitator. In addition you are given a segment of the
2012 MK Facilitations Retreat to Facilitate.
Do
workshops we are already facilitating count towards our
practicum?
Absolutely. The
purpose of this training is to work in conjunction with anything that
you are
currently doing. Any workshops that you
are currently doing can be counted as part of your practicum. It is a wonderful way to integrate what you
are learning with what you are already doing.
What is the
difference between the phases of the 2-year
program and the practicum?
The phases are the course
work. They are designed as 4 week long intensives
with 6 months in between each intensive designed to give you the
opportunity to
integrate what you have learned into your current practice. If
you opt to take this training only, you
receive a certificate of completion of Facilitator/Leadership Training
at the
end of phase 4. The practicum is
designed to work in conjunction with the course work to guide, support
and
instruct the integration process as you grow your private consultation
practice
and your develop your workshop business.
The practicum includes opportunities to facilitate on MK Facilitations
events. At the end of your practicum you
receive a Certificate of Practice from MK Facilitations which
acknowledges the
completion of both the course work and the practicum.
What kind of
accommodations are available in Radium Hot Springs? What might
the costs be or is it included in the price? Can I share with someone
to make
it more affordable for me? Is any food included?
If I have no
experience and everyone else has, will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely
you can take them separately. This
program is designed to service your needs. You
can choose to take individual phases, you can take the phases
without taking the practicum, or you can take any portion there of. In order to receive the certificate of
completion from MK Facilitations you must take all 4 phases. In order to receive the Certificate of
Practice from MK Facilitations you must take all four phases and
complete the
practicum.
